Dr. Prakash B M is a distinguished Professor of Pharmacology with over 36 years of global teaching and research experience. Dr Prakash completed MD Pharmacology in the year 1990. He is a UG teacher, PG teacher & Researcher in the field of Pharmacology. He is currently serving as Professor & HOD of Pharmacology, ANIIMS, Sri Vijaya Puram. Throughout his career, which spans around prestigious institutions in India, Saudi Arabia, and Libya, he held pivotal leadership roles, including Professor & Head of Department. Dr Prakash established Central Animal Facility in JSS Medical College, Mysore during the year 1995 & got approval of CPCSEA to facilitate animal research in the field of Pharmacology. Dr. Prakash brings extensive expertise in medical education, curriculum development, and pharmacological research. A dedicated researcher, Dr. Prakash has contributed significantly to national and international journals on topics ranging from serotonergic actions to medical education curriculum. He is a Life Member of the Indian Medical Association, Indian Pharmacological Society & various other national and international bodies.
